We have been involved in master planning several large scale Utah developments including Station Park, a regional transportation oriented development (TOD) in Davis County, Union Heights, a mixed-use retail/theater/office development in Sandy, and the Ranches, a 719 acre residential development in Farmington. Several other sites are now in the schematic planning stages. We have found that our years of experience working with developers has given us a unique ability to evaluate highest, best uses and control development costs by putting the client’s money where it does the most good.
